All items indicated to be in-stock are shipped within 48 hours. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. The transit time for all items is 2 to 7 business days, within the continental US. Tracking information can be requested by contacting our customer service department at 586-214-8027, or via email from this site contact form. Special order items have an 8 to 12 weeks lead time. You will be informed once the item ships and when to expect the delivery. Please Note: As inventory fluctuates, an item indicated as "in-stock" when you place an order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you of the lead time.
