Returns & Cancellations
Returns
Acceptable returns must be returned within 30 days from purchase date, must have return material authorization number (obtainable by contacting The Tech Guy) Returns are subject to inspection, and incur a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be in original packaging, and in the condition received. Defective or damaged materials will be exchanged with same material at no additional cost as long as the customer informs The Tech Guy within 24 hours of delivery. Obsolete materials that can't be exchanged a refund (minus shipping costs) will be granted after materials are received by The Tech Guy.

RMA’s must be affixed to packaging. Shipments without RMA's will not be accepted
Cancellations
To Cancel your order you must contact The Tech Guy within 24 hours. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, unless it has shipped. You will need to provide your name, order number, and contact information. In case your order has not shipped, you will receive a full refund. If the materials have shipped, and the order cannot be cancelled, you can request to return the materials for a refund (minus shipping costs and 25% restocking fee)
